Page 4 starts the projections. Interesting graphs on annual junked cars, etc.

They predict that annually there will be 3-6 million cars on the road for the next 5 years. That's 15-30 million fewer vehicles.

Instead of 16million new cars sold there could be only 8 million and declining.
