Why?

I saw a red 3000 GT SL today with black racing stipes that stopped on the trunk, trucker girl stickers on his bumper, a sir sticker on the drivers side above his sidemarker, and led windshield washer lights. Why would someone do this to that car? I just don't understand it. I'm going to start carrying my camera with me, people in DC have no clue.

Hehe, my time to diss DSM again!! DSM = Rice

3000GT = Mitusbishi = DSM = RICE

And it was probley the N/A, not the TT one, so their is another explanation, CHEAP, Easy for ricers to get a hold of!!!

good idea.. everyone should carry a digi cam with them and take pics of ricers on the road..that way.. we can privately laugh at them.. FL has a million of them.. trust me.. i can take a few.

3000GTs aren't all that cheap. Riced Eclipses and such are easy to understand as they're cheap and plentiful.

Riced 3kGTs and Stealths are quite unfortunate though.

the SL 3000GT's are not twin turbo. they are heavy and slow w/ auto, and are ok w/ stick. i think it'd be hilarious to have a car like a old lumina or sumthin and rice it out, just to have a good laugh w/ it.

trust me i've sceen some sketchy cars here too...

ex: Toyota Tercel (89) with "do-it-urself" racing stripes, a ghetto homemade fiberglass spoiler, with towtruck lights ( u know the round ones that just sit on top of the hood)

i wish i had a camera..oh yeah the car was white with red strips

Ok the only rice GT I saw was red, an SL with auto, had ferrari sticker in the back which covered the SL emblem (you could still see the SL ouline underneath though), ferrari insterts on his wheels, and a ferarri hood emblem...and NO it wasn;t a ferarri cuz the windows said "3000gt" but i gues he hasnt got the stickers to cover that up yet
