Its definatly going to take some getting use to, but i can see how it will help out NICO as a whole.

more activity across the whole board instead of it all just lumped up in the 240sx section, and it gets people to look at forums they might have never visited before, maybe ask some questions there, get more people involve other nissan/infiniti cars.

Still doesn't make any sense to merge the 240's suspension forum with the nissan/infinity communities new 'wheels and tires forum'. Having specific forums for organization is much better. Now this will just confuse posters and cause people to search multiple forums to find the answers they are looking for.

I don't like the layout and I think that taking the 240 suspension forum out of the 240 group is poop. If anything, posting has gone DOWN in the SR and suspension forums since the move...

But I don't run the show...

well, suspension/brakes should be a forum in 240sx because its car specific, but wheels and tires its fit for a general forum.

i looked at the tirerack site and they carry brakes and suspension products, so maybe Grant know alot...seeing hes the new mod

I have to agree, this new organization doesn't make much sense. I just spent 15 minutes trying to find this forum again (and didn't discover anything useful in the process).

Well wheels and tires are also car specific. Its gonna suck looking through other threads just to find info on 240 specific wheel and tire fitment questions. It was better before imo.

Those of you who searched trying to find this forum, were you aware of the red highlighted link in the NICO menu at left?

Chet, I've revised this post as I no longer have an opinion on where a specific forum is located. All are easily accessible through the new & improved NICO menu.

No, I just meant there are car-specific suspension issues(bushings, etc) that may be better served under "car specific"...but it looks like the"car specific" forum style is going away slowly. ALl thats left is technical and general chat....*shrug*
