Why so cheap? and NEW?

Why the heck is it so cheap? and new? Could it be a typo? If you have any information on it or suggestions as to what I should do to find out about it, please share.

The dealership will be obligated to sell it at that price...an online ad for my G was wrong (a dealer), and they gave it to me at that price. There's usually a small group of salesmen who deal with the online adds. If they wont sell at that price, cause a big stink and they'll give you a deal on one.
