Why ricers shouldn't buy kouki's

So I was doing my normal browsing of autotrader looking for a kouki s14 and saw this.....

What would cause someone to paint it lime green and put 20" wheels on this car? Not to mention the ebay body kit

I dont think it looks that bad... The rims are a little bit too much and lime green is kinda silly with nothing to back it up but hey... at least it doesnt have altezzas.

ok im going to say this... that car IS UGLY,

im not a fan of Veilside, or most bodykits for that matter, i like clean smooth lines and curves... suttle not extreame, but to each his own...

now... Lime Green, that happens to be my favorite color...now not THAT LIME green... too much puke yellow in that green... i prefer a more kelly green, with a pearl or metallic... however i prefer to call it "Kiwi green" not a shade of (ewww) "lime" now THAT would look hot

the rims... Im not feeling... to much bling, not enough tuck... its a 240sx not an SUV

I know.. i thought about this waaay too much... its thursday.. im board... and none of my friends like to party... :-\

I think it's pretty decent. I'd just get rid of the rims, and it would be alright IMO.

I like the paint. It's shiny and new-looking, although the color should be different. I'm pretty apathetic about body kits, as long as they aren't homemade.

I think you guys are pretty harsh.

i think the color is fine, with a nicebody kit and some nice wheels it could easily look like a mean car. my car is black, with a very chipped front bumper, no sideskirts(putting GP ones on), and a flat back rear. but when i pull up to places people say my car looks like a monster, hehe

hahaha its looking okay !!!gosh i wish i have a digi cam....i saw this YELLOW S14a with the UGLY body kit today at school....maybe i'll borrow my friends and take some pictures of it....hahaha i tell ya, i've never seen such a thing on the KOUKI ... as soon as i saw it, i wanted to cry.... for the kouki.i wanted to find the owner and smack him haha

atleast it has a clean body and its not destroyed.

you're praying for that car im praying for all the 240s that got totaled within th epast year or 2 man. even though its ugly its still on the road.

i actually like chrome rims but only with lip lol. that thing has like no lip at all. but it looks like a pretty good offset better than most of the people on here hahaha. cant believe a ricer would have good fitting wheels.

i see a lot of cars with body kits with like +60 offset wheels its so crazy

its not that bad.... just the lime green thing isnt cutting it...... and yes the rims are a bit much.... but overall its not that bad

I mean, the workmanship is ok, body kit fits, it's all painted the same color, nothing's falling off, but it's still a POS...

At least it could be saved. You should buy that one and rescue it. What better excuse to lay down a stealth silk black paint job over it? Black stock rims, lose that kit....it'd look damned decent.

The only thing I would add to that is a can of gasoline and some matches. Then it would be perfect!

As far as the green thing goes I think he was trying to make it look like this....
