i know we have discussed this topic before (right after the Aurora movie theater massacre), and some members (obviously those who are less experienced with firearms) have claimed that, the time it takes a shooter to change his/her magazine is enough time to run away, or remove one self from the area being assaulted by a crazed individual. As i have stated prior, the time it takes for a shooter to reload, is not enough time for anyone (ex-military or not) to actually make an exit. so we can reduce the size of magazines, but it still wont stop the assault.
