Change the wheels, paint, and maybe get rid of the rear window covers. I think the rear louvers are a possible keep. This is not by far the worst s13 I have seen. Mellow out fan boys.

I've always liked rear louvers. If it was $3800 cheaper, had better wheels, the qtr window trim removed, pop up head lights, and the louvers painted black, I would consider buying it.
