Why my oil light stays on still

MY oil light still comes on and car gets hot after about 4 miles i have changed thermostat waterpump oilpump and distributor each cylinder holds 160 lbs on compression could i have a hair line crack in the head are do i need to get another oil pump? please help if you have any suggestions

I assume the oil light being on means you have 0 oil pressure? have you put an oil pressure gauge on it. The overheating issue could be something else. But you need to address the oil pressure problem first. otherwise the engine will just seize up.
