My damn electric fans aren't coming on. somethings gotta be wrong with the wiring. please someone take a look and see if i overlooked something.heres a pic of how i did the wiring:

before this, the wires were all over the place. also the ign wire (green wire) had two diodes (i think) on one of the wires before it combined into the temp sensor. but one of the fans worked., so i switched the harness that went to the working fan onto the one that wasn't working and that one started to work, so i know the fans aren't bad just wiring.so i shorten all the wires to what you see in the diagram i drew.

thanks for the help.

you'll just haveta trace your wires to be sure they have continuity... on the temp sensor side as well as the battery side/ u ruled out the ground side when you did that test to see if both fans go on...

unless that temp sensor/relay/twin fan setup has 2 kinda internal switches that will turn on one fan @ one temp

then turn on both fans when you're kissing a higher temp reading...

<shrugs>but heck, i'm not too keen on electical, just using my common-sense...

going to wire in the ac switch to one of the fans now, cause at idle ac gets warm while rad is not hot enough to kick the fans on.
