Why isnt this illegal

I was driving down my grandma's road and i noticed an S13 sitting out in the lawn. It was oxidized terribly. Rust was everywhere. The hood was a different color and one of the wheels was a spare. You could tell it was crying. Put it out of its misery for the love of god.

haha yeah I know how you feel. I drove by a 89 one day that looked pretty bad. On the next day I bought it for $300 . It had 190K and RAN hahah so we played around with it in the yard and such for awhile. Thinking of taking out all the 5spd parts and putting it up on ebay. We stripped it so bad, it must weight like 1000 lbs now, here is the link for pics...
