why is the aiv removal sticky not accessible?

like the title says, when i do a search for it and click on it, it says "this forum has been disabled", anyone know why?

and when i click on the link, "Articles, Installs & FAQs" on the right of the forum page, it says "Error, Invalid Category"

Either they're in the process of moving it, or it got deleted in the process of "upgrading" the forums. http://www.240sx.org should have it in the faq or installs...
