why is nissan using so cheap screws?

i was going to replace the bumper and the 2 screws in both dies the bolt head broke off. how can i get these off?, i trid buyign new rails but none on ebay and the closest junk yard that have them is 200miles away

all the screws under the front bumper has broken off too whats the deal

drill them out or grind out with a dremel. maybe they broke off because you have crappy tools or very little patience?

If your breaking bumper bolts dont touch your exhaust, you will be very un-happy with the result.It looks like there may have been a little rust on them, which makes them break easy.

what can i do to remove them w/o breaking the on the nuts? also yea i have very little patience too but mostly i think nissan use cheap crap on them

if it's a bolt - flat end unlike screw - go in from that side with a drill, make sure it turns clockwise and start drilling. if i'm correct it should unscrew the bolt. small drill bit though.

tried it and it wore out my drill bit a brand new carbite tipped one lol so on my way back i ordered 2 of them new brackets only $37 each
