I have tokico coil overs and ground controll adjustable shocks and they creak when i go over stuff. Do they need to be lubricated or are they bad?? they arent much more than like 3 years old. its lowered 2 inches btw. not too low.

its what happens with coilovers sometimes dude. I've heard a lot of complaints about it, but a solid spring seat with a rubber covered spring will make some noise...get it checked out anyway though, just to be sure.

pdm racing offers whiteline coil wrap thats supposed to "silence noisy coils". it should work but make sure thats your problem first!

i checked it and it seems like its the rubber at the top of the seat for the spring. but i duno what to do. i sprayed it with some silicone spray (tire shine) and WD40. hoping it will lube it up.
