why is my injector keeps failing??!?!

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

Today.. I worked on my car for 6 hours straight..I put mr gasket's copper exhaust manifold gasket in...and I installed the 5 bolt turbine flange gasket..replaced my #2 injector because it wasnt spraying...

So I took the car for a drive around the block...it drove fine.. I parked and turned it off...a while later.. I turned it back on and it turned out that #1 injector is not spraying anymore...I have an extra 370cc laying around though..but This bothers me so much...I cant keep this up.. I have to do something but I dont know what to do anymore..tommorrow i will probably change #1 injector and see how it runs..hopefully the injectors will last without failing anymore..Any input to address this problem?Thanks..

Well if it was the same injectors then we have a problem somewhere else, but since its a different one, we’ll have to wait and see

Update:well I replaced #1 injector, replaced my fuel filter, replaced my o2 sensor, and put some injector cleaner in the tank...and it runs well right now.. I dont know how the other 2 injectors will hold.. hopefully they will be fine. I dont want to mess with them anymore...The car stalls once in a while though whenever I let off the gas pedal and press the clutch after some high revs...I dont know whats causing this.It also threw code 34 again.. (knock sensor)I guess 95 knock sensor doesnt work with 91 jwt ecu...or maybe i am knocking.... Well at least today it ran fine.

Im also thinking about rerouting my WG back into the downpipe..Im not really a fan of the open dump WG sound...Prolly im just going to use this to reroute my WG,http://www.roadraceengineering...l.jpg
