There are <always> people, who feel they could have gotten it cheape,r no matter how good your price.
Also your region plays a role, I paid 28.5 for a Enthusiast ( 2 trims below yours) car that MSRP's at 29.9k, a 2004 in sept 04.
sometimes I wonder if I could have done better..sinc eit was an end of model year purchase.
If you paid MSRP on an 05 dont feel too bad in some regions MSRP is still paid on 05's.
Also Tourings are pretty loaded depending on your options and if you include tax your deal it may be pretty close (is tax title and licens icnluded in that 37k? If so its actually a pretty good deal for a loaded touring)
Even if you <did> overpay by say a grand ( which w/o the particulars I dont know) thats still only a small fraction of the total life costs of a car.
In the big scheme of things not a big impact on the overall car keeping cost (gas, insurance, maintenace, tires, brakes and such also contribute a lot)
So the total life cycle cost of the car needs to be considred.
Keep in mind that your car has much better resale value than their B15's and this makes your life cycle costs lower than the simple price would suggest.
