I'm no mechanic so take this with a grain of salt but it looks like fuel spray because that's near where the fuel injectors are, also maybe smoke coming out of the spark plug? Put your finger or something in it to see if its liquid or there is a smell of gas. There is a known problem with the clamps coming lose in the fuel lines and I'm pretty sure there is a pinned message at the top called "fuel line check" so read that and see if your problem goes away.

what does it smell like?
if it smells like burning oil, it could be your valve cover dripping oil onto the manifolds and burning...go under the car and look to see if oil is dripping.
if it smells like gasoline, then you have a leak.

Yes I would agree, also mentioned about gas being more flammable.
It has had a good amount of fresh, new motor oil with a cleaning agent in it so. Maybe it popped a link in the VC.
Doesn't appear a fuel injectors can leak in that manner... I will keep all posted.
Gas mileage is still low, suspected the car is running full rich.

I wish I would tell you which one it smells like, I'm quarterbacking this repair from afar.
