Exactly, there's no weight balance in a FWD car. The rear is just dead and weighs nothing, and therefore the car will oversteer anyway if you're really going fast enough to have that problem. Then again, maybe it's these damn Firestone Firehawk GTA2s... I say it time and time again, NEVER get these tires, wet traction is nonexistant, and dry is sketchy at limit. Oh, and the sidewalls are uber weak.

My escort got much better traction in snow but my 240's have been far more predictable.

Snow. That is why some smart person created four wheel drive and/or all wheel drive. It is nice to have one of each in the drive way. Speaking of drive way, I need to get a Metro out of my grand mothers. I guess it is time to break down and buy an alternator and get it movign again.

Half inch of snow and it aint going anywhere.

Bubba, I'm not sure what you mean about sufficient clearance. Clearance is my entire issue, I have double the clearance I need for even the ugliest of GA speed bumps (and we have ugly ones), I'm pretty safe on potholes too.

As a sports car person who prefers a lower profile car, lower profile tires, and a slightly stiffer suspension (less travel), I understand completely why you think wheel gaps look too big. Smaller wheel gap looks better to me too. But sports car folks make up such a small portion of the general buying public. And manufacturers market their cars to appeal to the widest possible segments, which includes democrats (snicker).

My point on the Republican thing was the tendency for Republicans to drive Hummers and anything else that is absolutely huge because bigger is the American way.

Anyway, we ought to make it a religion then, that way more people will follow the way of the Enthusiast!

Or maybe just a philosophy, like Buddhism...

Other than the Spec V and the G35 Coupes with the orange calipers I'm not really interested in anything Nissan has avilable in the US market right now. The real question about thier product lineup is this.

Why no s15 Silvia? I know for a fact I would buy one, and I'm sure I'm not alone. Oh, and Skyline also. Just give me my Silvia and I'll be happy.

Oooo, hello page 2
