So you're saying it's expensive because it's rare?

...From looking at the long, tedious, and expensive process of casting the bronze woofer enclosure, along with the numerous hand built drivers that too are rather expensive, I propose it's rare because it's expensive.

I remember reading an article about Fabio's home theater system. The two stereo speakers up front cost something like $50,000. That was the first thing I thought when I saw this thread. Never have I seen s*** like that in real life. Makes the waveradio look like a walkman...
