why does this keep poping off? (pics)

Every so often this T-hose pops off. I don't understand why maybe you guys can help here is a pic.

why don't you put some hose clamps on it? That T is for crank case ventilation. at high rpm there is pressure out of that T so that is why it may be popping off.

Yeah, just replace the stock clamps with some hose clamps from Pep boys.

are you talking about the t-off is coming out of the valve cover or just the hoses?

yeah I'm talking about the T that connects to the Valve cover. Sorry I forgot to mention that.

if i remember correctly, it's threaded in. it may need to be retapped

mine doen't seem to have ever been threaded.

try some of that white tape stuff thats stretchy (i think its called teflon tape)...itll help out a bit...that use to happen on my KA...used some of that white tape on there (dont go crazy with it otherwise the pipe wont go back in) and it should stay nice and tight

i asked my mechanic, and he said that it's pressed into the valve cover. What you can do is take some JB weld or some loctite glue to it (just a few drops), let it set for a few hours, and then it shouldn't pop back out

Yes it is pressed in, so teflon tape (plumbers tape) is no good. If you havent fixed it yet, you could tap teh hole for 1/2NPT and install and pipe thread to -AN adaptor and run some pimp looking AN lines to the collector, just an idea. (by the way, I did it on mine and it does look pimp).

Mine wasn't threaded when i switch my valve cover, i think locktite should be ok . I think i need to do that to mine before i have your problem. Compression have a pic of what your talking about? I would like to see what your talking about
