Is it just not coming up, or have you worked on your slave cylinder and are trying to bleed it. Or what? We need more information on what you are trying to do.

the slave cylinderis probably leakingits cheap to fix cost like $20 on mineto test drive, buy some dot 3 brake fluid and pour it into the clutch reservoir (to the right of the brake boost)

for a while i ahd a 90 escort gt and one night I down shifted to hard, and the clutch would not come back out, took it to a shop cause I though the clutch went out, but after a mechanic looked at it for a while, and tried to adjust it, it finally came loose, take it to a mechanic and have it looked at and then tell the dealership to have it fixed before you buy it NOTE THE CLUTCH IN THAT CAR WENT OUT ABOUT TWO MONTHS LATER, TRY TO GET THE DEALERSHIP TO REPLACE THE WHOLE CLUTCH FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY
