Why Does my sr20det die at 5000 rpms?

I recently did a sr20det swap in my 240 and also put the t28 turbo on it. Everything seemed fine until i tried to speed up in first.Once it hits about 5 grand it seems like the turbo looses boost completely, i have to let off the gas and let it glid and then put it back into gear. When it happens a high pitch whistle sound blows out and i can smell some fuel. I don't know if its from a boost leak or vacum leak. If anyone can help i would really appreciate it. Thank you

First thing.Go remove all your couplers and such, and make sure its all on correctly, then come back.

boost leak. had it happen to me a few times.
