the left calliper could be siezed open so only the right clamps thus pulling to the right, could also be an alignment issue, but lets start by verifying each wheel brakes when you hit the pedal and releases when you let off, jack up each corner and have a friend step in the brake while you try to turn each wheel and then release and verify they all turn freely

If it also happens when you let off the gas, its most likely an alignment problem.

Yeah Alignment problem or maybe a bad tie rod bushing that might cause it to pull too. Any shudders or noise while driving?

if it is shaking, there is most likely excessive run-out in the rotor, possibly from machining improperly or from heat soak and pinching the rotor. and as far as the pull, check the front right caliper assembly and both rears, cars pull toward the front caliper that works the most, and the rear that works the least. if it was an alignment issue, it would happen no matter what the throttle position is:tut . unlikely but also possible is slop in the suspension arms. when there is a rearward force it pulls the linkage into the correct position, but when the weight shifts forward it could move the arm to create an unwanted angle to cause the pull.
