if it is shaking, there is most likely excessive run-out in the rotor, possibly from machining improperly or from heat soak and pinching the rotor. and as far as the pull, check the front right caliper assembly and both rears, cars pull toward the front caliper that works the most, and the rear that works the least. if it was an alignment issue, it would happen no matter what the throttle position is:tut . unlikely but also possible is slop in the suspension arms. when there is a rearward force it pulls the linkage into the correct position, but when the weight shifts forward it could move the arm to create an unwanted angle to cause the pull.
