Why does my car do this?

yeah because it takes about ten minutes to get up to 25k rpm and poors i mean poors blue gas smelling smoke o and i now boosts in neutral

if your boosting in neutral then you either have timing that is way retarded, or your not igniting the fuel in the combustion chamber for lack of spark or extreme fowling, how about the ignitor? cap rotorbutton, wires all in good order? heck could even be an intermitant failure of the optivle sensor in the distributor

so i decided to the unpug my o2 sensor and it ran a whole lot better at idol but still runs like crap when it warms up.

ok, i know for a fact you skipped a tooth now and your VERY Advanced....when you car starts it retards the timing allowing it to run until a specified temp when the timing map goes back to the stock 20degrees.....

also you said when you boost it works fine...thats cuz ur ECU retards the timing for boost so you dont blow your motor.....

Now who is the genious.....

it works now just runs funny maybe i just think it runs funny and now im paranoid its gunna break again....
