Why Does my belt squeak?

I have been trying to figure out why does my 94 Nissan 300zx belts squeak everytime I start the car. It goes aways after awhile. I changed all 3 belts.. But i dont understand why can somone please help..... :confused:

you probably didn't get 1 of them tight enugh, most likely the power steering, it's a pita to tension

yeah u need to tighten them...
