why do the scrwes on my car keep getting loose?

the scrwe on my rear view mirror gets loos like evey 2 days and so ar couple screws like the nuts on the rear tail lights why?

yes but its not a good one just bunch of hifonics stuff my friends has 2 r types and in his car the screws and nuts don't get loose, i have to tighten them liek evety week, but if its the system what can i do put dots of silicon glue on the screws?

i have a pretty nice set up in my car. my shiet used to rattle loose, so i decided to put some dynamat in my car. it stopped a lot of the really harsh vibration.i have yet to have to retighten a screw. im pushin 3000 watt monoblock and 2 1200 watt subs. and $400 worth of dynamat

pick up some thread lock and put it on the screw next time you have to retighten it. i doubt your system is going to cause enough vibration to loosen up screws. also the ones that screw into plastic might've worn the holes out and are just loose - thread lock will help.

i have rattled all of the screws out that hold the factory amp onto the rear deck lid speakers

damn i should check mine to see if anything has come loose...

3000w amp with 2 1200w subs would rattle lots of screws id say!
