WTF! that just got me thinking not only do supras get more love in resale value but in motorsports also, supra's are f***in tanks they're huge but yet people still drift them drag them and basically any other motorsport you can think of. i mean i tell people i drift my z and they're like wtf that thing is too big and heavy and they they see a supra drifting and its like "that s*** is tight!" WTF! and they get more love in aftermarket support! in aero alone they have carbon fiber hoods hatches, fenders, bumpers side skirts, rear bumpers, canards, lips, doors, mirrors, rear diffusers, valve covers and what do z's get? carbon fiber hoods hatches and nose pannels and fog light duct covers... WTF. it seems like the z32 is the bastard child only people who respect z32's are z32 owners and nissan enthusiasts. i mean i cant tell you how many times this has happened:" so what kind of car do you drive?"" a 300zx twin turbo."" a what?"" do you know what a 350z is."" yeah that car is dope but whats a 300zx?"" its the old version of the 350z."" oh... well thats dope too i guess."" *sigh* "

for performance.....in my eyes performance>styling all day.

the 4g63 motor that was used in the dsms and Evo's is without a doubt the easiest motor to work on urself IMO and can yield great power with little modification. I am a man of performance and unbiased towards any car. DSM's are a great starter car/ learning car for any enthusiast with a light wallet. awd+turbo is a proven platform. i guess thats why the 4g63 was used up until about 2 yrs ago in the evo???right?........i certainly dont wanna start a dsm debate. but why hate on other cars just cause they arent z's? theres alot to respect about a dsm. not many vehicles u can turn into trackcars for a few thousand bucks.

Ha i even love hondas/acuras. maybe im a different type of enthusiast but i appreciate any car that can be made into a reall performer. Regardless of their make.

Supras are so popular because it isn't have to get 700-800 hp out of them. The stock internals are good for a bit more than 800rwhp. Just do intake, exhaust, intercooler, injectors, single turbo exhaust manifold, a big single turbo (like a T88) and ECU. You spend just a few grand are looking at massive power.

I will agree that our cars are under appreciated but that just increases the wow factor when people look at our cars and wonder wtf that awesome looking car is.

anybody notice that it's also sorta the same way with 3000gt\ stealth's? people seem to always know what a vr4 is but not 300zx's.

exactly.... the stock internals on the 2jz are actually only reliable to about 550-600 after that you need to rebuild the block but thats still a sick amount of some easily accesable power. way more than id be willing to throw at my vg's stock internals thats for sure.....
