who me? yeah. I meant for that I would expect a finished car, with quality parts. $40k for a decent looking swap with crappy parts, dismantled body and makeshift ecu and battery setup. Will not ever go for that price, and anybody that buys it deserves all the headache that is going to come with it.

I am right now waiting for a call from him, I am getting the same run around on AIM.

Just got off phone with him and he said the reasons for the high price was because of the clean body, the body work has been done but not painted. And that alot of bodies that he has seen are rusty and his has no rust. Turbo is a T28 and has stock 2JZ fuel management, timing, etc...

I explained to him and he stayed on the phone through all of it, that the cleanest s13 shell with a good running motor, with not a spec of rust left in someones heated climate controled garage might cost you $5000. 2JZ swap costs bout $6500, and an ebay turbo kit might cost $500. Now he says he has more than 40K into it, but where. By my count, hes at around maybe 12,500. And the wires are a mess, and he doesnt have the interior, I mean this is just crazy.

From what he told me it hasnt been tuned and has stock 2jz management, with a ebay t28 turbo. And he told me through much interogation that the block can handle 800 hp, and I'm like, thats not what people want to know. People want to know what kind of HP the car has before they buy it. And with a t28 turbo and stock fuel management, its probably not making anymore than factory power if it even runs. He was saying that he has alot more than 40gs into it. This kid lost his mind or something.
