Details, Details...

What is shorting out? Seatbelts? Fan? Windshield wipers? ECU? Your Vibrator? etc........

check your fuse box, inspect all fuses esp. the "electronics" fuse.

everything is shorting out except the speedo... lol...

The other day my windshield wiper fuse blew.
