Why do all these cars make a buzzy noise at the rear of the engine at the top?

This is my 3rd j30 and i noticed theres always this buzzy kinda of sound coming from the upper rear of the engine on the driver side and i asked others about it they said they have that noise as well and its normal but what is the noise exactly?
