So last Saturday after a few brews with the boys I decided to do a pretty long burn out with an unnecessary amount of rev limiter involved. Right after I was done the car was running very rough. It kind of sounded like a puttering noise was coming from the exhaust and it just wasn't running good at all. I haven't actually tested it yet but I'm assuming it's a misfire based by how it sounds. Based off of the description I just provided does anyone think they may be able to help my diagnose my issue? I already listened to all off my injectors with a screw driver and they all sound like they're flowing. Haven't checked the coil packs yet. I feel like it's something involving my fuel system because I was just sitting there banging rev limiter for a decent amount of time but at the same time I'm no mechanic so I'm not sure. Any sort of help would be appreciated!

Go in the ECU and check for codes, first step.

It could be a number of things, you can also do a power balance test, one plug at a time. If it doesnt change, that is the cylinder with the issue. And just because the injector is clicking, does not mean it is bad. Had new style that clicked, but still caused a misfire.

Make sure you didnt blow a head gasket or lost compression in a cylinder.
