Hello all, first off, i've just gotten a new vehicle, a '85 RA65 toyota celica convertible, and since im always looking for more interesting swaps in my cars, and more of a WOW factor than anything ive thought of a unique build idea, what is the possibility that i could mate a vh45 to the stock w58 or even an r154 transmission with and adapter plate, sandwitch that mofo in the celicas bay, and go ham with itbs, radical cams, aem fic (or similar, most likely aem ems), and then should i decide to make it a daily/sleeper/drag/drift monster, possibly throw a supercharger on it, preferably centrifigal so i can keep the stock hood without having that thing just hanging out there like "COME HERE AND LET ME EAT YOU" :naughty: . Besides, ive already got the engine, and all i need is the materials because im pretty sure im going to have to custom fab the adapter plate myself. hello engineering degree

Older ones are RWD.

That sounds like a sweet build.

Awesome  if i could get a pre-made bellhousing that would be the s***!!!!!!! besides all i want is to be able to take the stock transmission and mate up the vh to it, so i could fab mounts up off where it sits mounted to the transmission, and hopefully have an easier time of geting that thing mounted in there :naughty:
