why am i slow

ok i think my car is not at its top performance right now, i just bought to car about 5 months ago it has 125,000 miles on it 93 240sx Hicas, it seems to be not as fast as it should what the problem

Slow compared to what? 240sx's are underpowered especially the automatics, but get them above 3500 rpm (into their powerband) and their pickup should be adequate.

well yea tahts tru after about 3,000 rpms it does somewhat pick up
