Like it says. I just want to hear some personal stories/rants.

I AM NOT ASKING HOW TO HOOK AC UP. In no way do i need input on how it is done, unless you have done it already and have some good advice that pertains to rb25 -> s14 swaps.

Im not running A/C on my car, wasnt worth it to me at the time it crossed my mind, but it can be done. You would have to custom make lines running to the compressor since its not long enough and the oreintation is off. Ive made a line for a honda swap before I got my 240, it was tricky since theyre aluminum and the refrigerant has oil in it. The oil caused pinholes to form in the weld, but that wouldnt have happened if I took the time to clean it properly...

I roll with the windows down because I chose the RB for the sound. So no A/C here.

I'm working (somewhat passively right now...) on compiling detailed, accurate w/ a/c swap info for all engine/chassis combinations. The complete list is going to take awhile though. I'm not even sure there is anyone running a/c on a 20 or 26 swap...

Bwana ill have to document my ac progess this winter. At least we'll have the s14 segment of the writeup.

I talked to someone at the beginning of the year who had ac on their s14. There must be a few out there.

Technically, my answer to your question is something like "I have it wired in and the pump mounted ect, but still need to get the lines modified".

Mine is a s2 rb25 in a SOHC s13 chassis.

I had AC working on my RB20DET this summer before the engine failed. I plan on running it on my new RB25DET setup as well. I had custom lines made for around $100. Does anybody know if the RB20 compressor will work with the RB25?

i currently have AC working on my RB. its been working for over 2 years now.

edit: you wanna rant.

**** big motors in small bays.

pushers on AC equipped RB do jack.

if you somehow manage to keep your stock radiator, you can fit a 14 puller on the hose side and a 12 inch puller on the other side. that should keep you from overheating if it does not get too hot outside.

im running a koyo, and pullers donot fit.i will soon be cutting my radiator support in an attempt to move the radiator up 1/4 inch to make room for the dual FAL's that i got sitting around.

thats my rant. if youg et AC be ready to make some serious pullers fit, or just never stop moving.
