whos got the "hud"s up

I have a 1990 240sx, with the Heads Up Display, my question is how many were produced with it and how of us many accually have it?

HUD was a rare option only found in early Coupes. Not very many people have it and those that do it frequently malfunctions and is expensive to replace.

yea i got that in my broke-azz 240 in the garage. the HUD dont work.. i heard is liek $300 to replace, but im not gonan qworry about that, im getting rid of my s13 240 anyway.. geting a s14

whenever i get my car, it has the HUD. Its a 91 SE coupe.

Mines a 92 Coupe that has it. Works perfect (knock on wood!)

I'm running 108K miles in my 89 coupe. My HUD works fine.

my hud is also fine but the lights in the gauge don't work sometimes.

I've got a '91 with about 160k on it and the hud seems to be working fine. The only problem i have with it is how fluid it is or is not. I hav eheard of a mod but not sure what it is.

I got a 93, and same, it's always worked. *knock on wood*

I swaped it from my parts car into my Fastback. So far it works fine and im not gona keep it long enough to find out when it quits. buying a new dash and puting the stock cluster back in. oh yea 174,000 miles and the odo quit

I hate HUD. I have 196k but it doesnt light the dash and show the speed until the car is completely warmed up (sometimes like 25 min) and the odometer doesnt work either when the HUD doesnt work so I dont know what my true milage is. I hate it/
