I know some people are relocating their overflow tanks to the bumper area, but doesn't it need to be the highest point in the cooling system?

Just started on mine this weekend...



Cut out rust, welded in some plate, and then welded some seams. Welded seam around strut tower...

Ground welds, smeared a thin layer of filler on everything and sanded down. Then put a wet coat of paint on to see how reflections are to see if I am satisfied yet or not (and am not).

76k mile motor goin in in a few weeks... cleaned it up in prep for it...

Why'd you swap a lousy Yota motor into your 240? And don't people normally relocate the battery to the trunk... rather than the other side of the engine bay?
