Whos engine is this?

Looks like an RB26 USDM S13 with a SIlvia front end, going by the looks of the core support/headlights. Any idea whos it is? More pics?

I think its a shop car..... They have the nice RB25 S13 also...they made a dyno of that RB26 S13..made like 700hp or something like that...its on streetfire.net...should be...
