BTW, mine is currently my daily driver as well. Cruise, P/S and A/C all working (more or less....)

I think i can hit 25 PSI on my 550s, but i need to get some more readings before i try and get there. Right now i still havent installed my EGT gauge, and i will need to get a wideband O2. I am running a chipped stock ECU, and i can adjust the fuel maps in ROM Editor. I did hit 25PSI by accident when i first installed my Blitz SBC electronic boost controller, and it was POWERFUL. you plan on shooting for 25 psi on 550's, and what ECU do you have?
I still regret not being able to feel the spec R s15t28 at its full potential. Regardless, Im not that sad cause pushing that turbo past 22 psi is gainless. I think id better start looking for a steel HG. Who's got the hook up on copper headgaskets.....you know who you is get at me!

Its been running, you just keep missing it. It is my daily, so it usually runs, but right now I DO have a spare, a 1989 E30 325i that is an absolute JOY to drive. Everything (every single thing) on the car is original except the CD player, exhaust, and suspension.
