Ok I got the new interior in at least the back seats (door inserts not done). It is the Classic Soft Trim Leather kit and it is black leather with carbon fiber inserts so I figured I would show it off. I will have pics of the door inserts within a day or so cause I have to have them in by Saturday for a show heh. Anyhow tell me what ya think:

and the front seats but they were not redone

Wow, that looks really good. I haven't seen carbon fiber co-mingled with leather like that before, it looks good. Is it actual carbon fiber or a carbon fiber-look material?

Oh and here the door panels are done:

The inserts are carbon fiber look cause they are actually leather.

The seats are Corbeau CR-1s. They are reasonably comfy for race seats but on long trips they hurt my back ie. on my trip to Daytona Beach for Tuner Bash ~13hours

Thanks for the comments guys. I appreciate it.

Oh and BuudWeizErr, I'll sell you my old Spec V front seats no problem but not for $5 of course heh

I have harnesses to complete the look with the racing seats. Besides I had to have harnesses also cause of terms of my sponsorship anyhow. I realize it is not a wise safety thing.

How much did the leather cost or the seats? The leather cost me a little over $500 and I can't disclose how much I paid for my race seats or I would breach my contract with Corbeau (kinda stupid  )

I welded on some angle iron to the Corbeau brackets and drilled out holes to run the bolts though. This is an extremely unsafe thing to do though (don't do as I :oface ).

You should bolt into the stock points for the rear seat or bolt onto the cage. This is cause you are supposed to only have 45degree angle or less for the harnesses to do their job properly.

I did mine the way I did so i wouldn't lose my back seat. I have no back seat in my Stanza cause I bolted the harnesses in that car to the rear mount points.

As for support in the seats. It isn't bad but there really isn't any lumbar support per say.

And I am pretty pleased. I have pretty much landed my second sponsorship yesterday. Just awaiting a few things from them :pface

Wow looks good!

Btw will the spec-v seats fit in my 240? If so what kind of fair price you asking for them, since I'm local and no shipping :D .
