Whoa - my shifter is hot!

Went out at lunch today on a 90 degree day and the metal on my stick shifter was burning my hand - ouch! It's a little bit hard not to touch that part. The good news is this is easily the worst thing that's happened to me with this car so far.

same thing happened to me today - I was thinking that I might need to keep a sock in the car for the Summer! (shifter condom)

I live in Georgia, so the heat is going to get a lot worse before it gets better

Yup...that's why I laugh at those who put on aftermarket shifters

Oh yeah...especially when the sun comes straight through the windshield and hits it. Owie. It is like being branded.

That is when I'm glad I have an auto...only have to touch it once.
