I know people have asked this before an it kinda gets annoying an all but i gotta ask. Well my car has been in the shop for over a month now because of a little incident so it might be runnign rough an all since it hasnt been started in like almost 2 months if that makes any sense i just gotta drive it around for a few days to get it running straight. Ok but anyways im gonna be running some kids from school in my 240 an i wanna get ur opinion on who would win, an i will be racing all these kids from a roll. But anyways my car is a 95 auto zenki with ebay intake, obx headers, apex'i n1 exhaust. An i would like yall to tell me the outcome of the races an here they are..

03 automatic civic with aem intake an some exhaust94 5spd eclipse non turbo with intake an exhaust "3rd gear sucks ***"93 5spd integra ls with intake,exhaust,headers98 5spd civic ex with intake an exhaust02 5spd jetta 2.0 with intake93 auto celica gt with intake an exhaust99 5spd civic SI stock89 5spd 240sx stock

Ok now about these cars sort of i know the 03 civic automatic beat eclipse at the top of 3rd gear. The 89 240sx is raged out of hell. Also when i run cars sometimes i just stomp the gas from a roll or i will put it 2nd from drive or i will just leave it in 1st an shift up. I prolly sound like a ricer because of all this.

Its going to be close. I civic Si might win it, although it has almost no torque. It'll be a close race, you might end up taking it. The integra might be a close call too. It might come down to you, the civic Si, and the integra.

Given a competent driver, the Si should edge it out. If you were manual it might be different story...

None of those cars should be racing.

Theres no way a stock 240 would come close to any of those. My car gets dominated by every car I race and its stock, It makes me wanna cry.

An automatic no less, since most of these cars are 5 speed, You probably wouldnt win against most of them.

you have to remember, alot of younger kids in stick shift cars cant shift very well, nor can they launch properly...in which case a kid in an automatic w/ some torque (powerbraking for launch and leaving it in D and flooring it the whole way) can take the cake

The lack of horsepower in that list makes be sad. I think if you add up the the torque numbers on all those cars, you'd *almost* equal the output of one Mustang Cobra.

No displacement and no forced induction. Would it be rude of me to add one of these to that list? I think it would be competitive.

All of those can be beaten by a stock 93 5spd. Can tell you that anywayz. I know how to shift very well and they just got owned. Most gave up before we would hit 3rd. Then afterwards they would be rolling beside me stomp on it I would down shift and pass them again. The integra and the SI should be the hardest ones to beat.

My 92 240 Coupe has taken all of those no problem, I dont think the teg is going to be that big of a deal, I raced one and didnt shift above 4500 RPM to beat it. As for the SI, I hope the kid's a bad driver because I nearly lost to one in my car and I can really drive manual well. good luck!
