Who would be interested in a sleepy-eye headlight controller

I am working on one for some friends with S13s and want to see how popular is this sleepy eye.

It'll have a like four buttons: one to put the headlights in sleepy eye position, two to wink those eyes at the ladies (left wink or right wink), and one to raise the headlights fully.
