She is the best

also, if you just go to their site and put the items in your cart and give your zip code, it will give you an estimate. But, in my experience, the real shipping cost is always way lower than what that calculator tells you

Whole package is 896 before, with shipping and insurance it comes out to about 980 or 990. So your looking at about $100 for that.

Just call them or email them.

I spoke to margaret before most of you guys were even members.... lol...

When i was on my Stillen tour, I got to meet her too!

Margaret FTW!

OP, you need to pick up the phone and call them! Theres so many fly by night companies that dont have any customer service, Stillen isnt one of them! They have real people (nice too) that are waiting to talk to you and answer any questions you have!

I might have met her... I don't remember

I made the mistake of having Stillen ship my front fascia, shipping was murderous. Then I realized they are right down the street from me and I could have just gone and picked it up

i dnt wanna put a damper, but if u get a much lower price on the phone or w/e id be very surprised. from wat i understand, stillen has free shipping on most items, except body parts or large parts. they claim the shipping is a lot, and if u've ever sent others ur old body kits or w/e - its mad expensive. they go halfway with you - (this is what they told me) for this stuff. but they do sumtimes have free shipping on these things.

not that im planning anything too tho.....

Insurance, oversize rate, and sheer weight...

These all add in to what makes shipping really big things expensive...

Go to your local UPS store and ask them what it would cost to ship something 5FTx3FTx4FT that weighs 30lbs and see for yourself! Then add $700 worth of insurance to it....

Stillen doesnt charge "actual rates" by any means, I believe that they eat some of the shipping costs on the larger items. (this coming from LBC, an eBay powerseller with 700+ feedback)

Ya I understand it's a big bulky item that is going to cost more to ship, but I didn't think it'd be close to $70 for standard shipping down the street. I don't know, on the website it didn't give an amount and I thought it would be around $30, bad on my part.

I'm just going down and picking it up from now on that way there is no shipping charges and immediate satisfaction

Maybe Stillen has some kind of contract with UPS to ship stuff? I cant see them consciously eating some of the shipping costs voluntarily.

Most places have "deals" with UPS... Shipping small boxes (like a laptop) are cheap to some extent (as long as its going ground) but when you get into oversize stuff... its a whole new ballgame.

Hey Guys!

Sorry for not jumping in here sooner. Things have been crazy busy around here lately and Josh and I have been in and out of the forums. Take for example our blog...hasn't been updated since May 1st...WE FAIL!!!

For fastest service it is always best to call in and speak with one of our reps. They are extremely knowledgable and they've been with the company for years. I think our "newest" rep has been with the company for around 10 years or so.

If you need to get a hold of me directly just shoot me an email at [email protected]

Unfortunately Margaret has taken some time off work to start her family. She is expecting her first child anytime now. Her and her husband are very excited and we're all extremely happy for them. They are two of the nicest people you'll ever meet. We're not sure if Margaret will be returning back to work full time but her hard work ethic tells me she won't be able to sit at home for too long LOL.

I was wondering why my last order conformation email was not from her. It was from Kendal Shuper.

Well, Kendal has some large shoes to fill
