who was handling the 04 240sx convention?
who was handling the 04 240sx convention?
some of you might have read some posts from me about donating to the convention, then it getting cancelled, and never recieving the parts back. i was curious if you guys could tell me who's *** to chew? Shaun

Man i can't remeber the guys name. If you search the meets section there might still be some posts lingering. I hear that the guy is quite despised by the entire Vegas 240 scene. Wish i could be more helpful.

He runs a shop in Vegas.
He cancelled the conevention unilaterally, cuz he ran out of money for the track.
We (Nico) could have rescued the convention if he had just told us about his problems.
We gave him free ad space here, to for his convention now that its cancelled I think he owes us some money.
If he had let us know we could have rescued the convention and when it happend we still offered and then he insulted our little club.
Also how many folks that were new to the scene got turned off of it, by this diaster?
From now on anyone that puts the words convention and 240 togethr and tries to organize an event will have an uphill battle.
We will prove to teh scen we can do it better and build on the success of our March 04 Nico conventiojn for our next nico convention next march in Texas.
We have our ducks in a row and will be successful and it will never get cancelled.
