Car: I need a 240 BADLY!

Post

Ok. I have a S14 with JIC FLT-A2 coilovers and sway bars, and aluminum subframe inserts. From behind the drivers seat to the trunk is gutted. Since I installed the coilovers there has been a loose clicking/rattling/banging noise coming from the rear (passenger side mostly) whenever I hit a bump or the suspension makes a quick movement. The noise is getting worse and I can’t find anything loose in the suspension. The aluminum inserts in the subframe made no difference, I have taken the coilovers off and put on my old struts and that made no difference. I removed the coilovers and sway bar and jerked the wheel hub up and down as much as I could and nothing. While under the car I hit everything in sight with a mallet and nothing is loose under the car that I can see. Also I just put in a new clutch and now when I engage hard the mystery nose comes from the passenger side wheel, one click (sounds like a loose arm or some thing but they all appear to be fine). This noise is extremely annoying and I am out of ideas so if you got an idea please help!

Not being totally familiar with your vehicle/motor description

Can you tell me what the car is and if it's rear wheel drive or front wheel drive?

This would be useful in determining the problem.

I know the Nissan trucks, not the cars my friend, so thanks for the info.

I'll check with some 240 owners from my local Z club on that vintage and maybe they have an answer.
