Who wants to go get my $171.99?!
hey..just got a replay from bart..here it is...i have offered him a partial refund, since he did not purchased a insurance on that item, i do not think it is a froud since he has received what he paid for, shipping company has messed up, i would like you to put yourself in my position and tell me who is guilty in that case, i have sent the item that has been damage by the third party, who is guilty, who should take the responsibility????and speaking of fraud, you need update you understaning of that word because this is not a fraud, the fraud would be if i have taken and kept the money from Tim, i hope that you see the difference,as i said, i am ready to refund a 50% of what he has paid for the fender, i believe that this is fair for both of us, thanks for your concern Bart
me to him: well i have been speaking to him recently alot..he told me that u havent responded to any of his emails or phone calls..just curious...so why wont you just refund him his total amount since he doenst have the fender..you have it (so im told)...let me know man..also there is another person on the forum who told me that he purchased rims from you for 400 bucks and hasnt received them yet..i dont know too much about that situation but everyone that does business with you on ebay has nothing but bad feedbacks...they want someone to have a talk with you and try to sort these things out. He made more money off the fender.. because UPS sent it back and he sold it again for for $60; I have the ebay auction saved and have contacted the winning bidder.
- Shipping insurance was not offered
- Claim was started w/ UPS but he said UPS did not respond to him, UPS says they are there 24/7 and sent him all the required documents.
- If you put yourself in his shoes you would do the right thing and not take 4 months to fix something so simple.
- ... Why would I be guilty? I won't even bother with this one.
- Technically it IS fraud because I have sh1t in my hands.. I paid him $171.99.. the fender that was sent has been returned, which he sold again, making more money off it, and im sitting here with nothing but a receipt from paypal. I have NO negative feedback on ebay, so how would I be the person guilty of fraud here?
I call everyday. I email everyday. Why can't he reply?
Also, the refund.. he said he would send me $100, not 50%.
If you wish to relay this to him I would be very greatful since it seems he is unable to get my emails or return my calls.

alright... not to get off topic or anything fuzion, or to threadjack either. but i just called paypal to try to settle my money dispute/fraud/whatever.
and basically all they had to say was, theres no money, so we cant give you anything. if we give him a negative balance, that doesnt produce the money for you. MOTHER ****EN BULL****. i asked if they could trace the money and pull the money out of someones account, he said they dont have permission to do that. im just so ****en pissed that paypal cant do ****.
anyways, when you guys who buy through online... just be careful. and good luck fuzion
