So here's the deal guys. I'm getting very frustrated by the fact that my TCS is not working. I don't know what the problem is but the TCS/SLIP OFF lights are constantly on and I don't have the time or the patience to go through the diagnostics (although I already did most of it) and I just want to pay someone to fix it who knows what they are doing. I really love my Q - she's in excellent shape. Purrs like a kitten, shifts smooth, paint is shiny and new looking, leather looks excellent. Other than possibly (probably?) needing new struts at some point, she really doesn't need any other work (as far as I know or can tell). But this TCS issue is bugging me, almost to the point that I just either wanna throw money at the problem so it gets fixed or perhaps (although I really don't want to) possibly sell her AS-IS. I'm just frustrated that this issue is continuing on without any resolution. Looking for input on here as to what to do. I had even planned on getting the NICO ECU soon, but I don't even know if it will work if the TCS is not working correctly. Does anyone know??

I'm not sure how far you are away from this guy, but assuming Keith is still in business - he comes highly recommended and has Q experience.

Presumably you changed both relays, the console switch and the magic box behind the glove box??

While we're on the topic...

Are there any G50 pros in Texas? I haven't run into any snags yet maintaining mine, but it would be nice to have a back up. From me Dallas is 3 hours, Houston 3, S.A. 1 hour.

Sijoko is in big D now and his turbo Q is back up and running :woot:

changed my oil over the weekend (in short time I might add) and ran some SeaFoam in the oil for a few minutes to clean out the gunk, drained old oil, refilled with new synthetic and my rough idle went away? I thought I had an injector out or going out (no codes though). Upgrading them anyway on a new to me phase 2 fuel rail/ injector that I pulled from a '95 w/ 110k. Got them flow tested from Deatschwerks and average cc came out to 429, not near 370. Interesting - maybe 370 is just stock quoted flow, not full duty actual flow.

cheers

-Bret
