Ok, i got this whole EPROM tuning setup and im ready to burn these chips to get my fuel situation straightened out. I bout a 28c256 chip but i cant burn to the damn thing. Everyt time i do i get an error, I know its hooked up right because if i read the whole empty file from the chip, and reburn it from memory its fine. I can erase it, read it, and burn what i read but if i load a bin file made from that nifty fuel map editing program, it throws an error. Can someone who has succesfuly done this please tell me what exactly you did to get it to work?

Well i tried the bin file from many sites and from someone who has burned one for an rb20 and it wont let me. What kind of chips do you use? I have heard the 28c256 should be good but maybe i need the 29c or just buy a lot of 27c's....

I use the 27C chips, I got about 100 new ones if you are interested.
