Yes you read that right, I'm offering up 2 free lowering kits to the right customers.

I need a 2.5 ( coupe or sedan) and a 3.5 ( coupe or sedan) for testing. The springs are Racingline custom springs and will lower your car approx 1.6" Front & .75" rear giving the car an aggressive stance with equal fender gap front and rear (about 1.5 fingers or less depending on rim/tire setup).

1 set has already been made for a local tester but for other reasons they have decided to sell the car for something bigger is no longer available for further testing.

How this will work is you will buy the springs from Racingline and install them AT YOUR COST. Upon installation you will report to me with impressions and other feedback along with clean high res photos (no cell phone pics). At which point your will be refunded 100% including shipping costs. Pretty good deal eh!

The ideal candidate will be a current Racingline customer (but not necessary) and will have a positive and reputable activity level here on NicoClub. This is not a sponsorship so your car does not need to be modified, anybody can request to take part. Simply PM me or post in this thread any questions you may have.

The springs are made for Racingline by a well established North American spring manufacturer and as such carry the appropriate warranties ( lifetime defect warranty)

The attached image is of the first batch. The ones up for grabs here lower the entire car roughly and EXTRA .5 -.6 inches all around compared to the ones pictured for a very nice stance that is slightly more aggressive than than any currently available spring on the market. To get a stance this level and aggressive you'd need coilovers otherwise.

Great opportunity. Obvious question, how much are the springs?

Slightly off topic, but if you need a different local car to test on, I may be available :)

Unfortunately I already have Eibach's and I think it's already low enough with my exhaust hanging a bit lower too, so I'll have to pass on this great offer

Basically just confirming final ride height and user impressions. Opening this up to forum users seemed like a great way to get a more broad opinion as well as expedite the final process of the springs.

As said above, the springs themselves have already been installed on a car locally. We just wanted to see them a touch lower, and since the tester is shopping for a truck, he's no longer available. The set he has have been on his car for about 6 weeks already and he has confirmed the ride quality is only mildly stiffer over stock and very livable.

I live in south Florida and I'd kill to get this deal! I'm getting a pair of 19s installed pretty soon also so the drop would just bring it out so much better I think. Basically the first to buy gets the deal or do we have to get approved before we buy? I'd be able to buy them probably within the next week if I can be a part of this! :)

Thanks all who pm'd. The 2 testers for the springs has been chosen and parts sent out already. Thank you all for your interest and I'll be sure to update you all on the progress of the project.

If everything goes as it should then something will be ready for market in about 8 weeks. This gives the testers roughly 4 weeks time to install, review and report back, then 4 weeks for production if all reports are what we anticipate them to be. All the tooling and setup is complete for this project and as stated before we are just confirming final specs and impressions.

Also, although I personally have not been on the eibachs, one of the testers is presently on eibachs so soon we will have a direct comparison of the 2 setups comparing height and ride.

Price is TBD but I don't expect them to be over $199 reg price. Of course Nico will have a nice intro sale on them :)
