Who should i trust?

ive been reading all day and have seen many posts about different dealers i wanna buy either an SR20DET s14 or s15 clip and i wannaknow who will give me a good deal and will insure that the engine and everythign will work on arrival i dont like the idea of wire transfers and id like to be able to pay a deposite and then pay the rest when i pick it up and as i said before if the engine isnt guarenteed to work i dont want it this will be the biggest thing ive ever orederd so im not very trusting thats why im asking you guys?

so those threee companies thats it? whatare the web addy's for them if they have one? so i cna see prices and location cause im planning on picking it up so im kinda looking for someone in cali also do you know if they will answer questions i have or help me with questions......i guess i could probably get everything answerd here

Where do you live in Cali? phase2motortrend.com is in socal. Some nice work has come out of that shop.

i dont live there yet im gonna be moving there i have a friend that lives close to LA like 15 mins away i think he is gonna help me pick it up in his truck and then i plan on doing the swap there in cali then driving the car back home i see i also am gonna need S15 speedometer, alternator, starter, power steering pump, Crank Angle Sensor, ECU, harness, MAFS which i will have to find i guess maybe the shop can get it but the engine kit that you get from heavy throttle has the drive shaft and differential with it but they said it isnt availible right now so???
