Ebay and the classifieds are your best bet. Big chance on getting burned though man. Theres no way to know if a turbo is rebuildable or not until you take it apart.

You just a DIY guy looking to make a few bucks?

Oh, a DIM guy, my mistake.

Just be careful man you can get yourself in a world of hurt with a DIY turbo rebuild they arnt nearly as simple as you may think. Some will go well and work fine, some wont. The biggest thing thats gona hurt you is warped turbine shafts. If your serious about doing this, make sure you get an angle wrench and not a torque wrench.

Even then its nearly impossible to detect a slightly warped turbine shaft thats really not THAT uncommon on turbos. Rebuilding one of those turbos without knowing will give you bad rep real quick and turn pretty ugly, those turbos wont have a long life.

Here ya go, huge list to choose from. No prices on the site but they also have a ebay store. Usually have a good stock and good prices at the store but right now there is slim pickings. I have personally bout three turbos from them and they have excellent service and very reputable.
